Airport Wait Time … Now a Time for Luxury

Enjoy unlimited and free access for you and your companions to over 1,200 VIP airport lounges in more than 135 countries around the world. The experience of accessing airport lounges with a Mastercard World Elite from The National Bank has become digital and contactless. To benefit from this service, you need to download the "Mastercard Travel Pass" app and register your Mastercard on it. This registration enables continued access to airport lounges based on the card type and the available features associated with each card.

To avoid any inconvenience during travel, download the “Mastercard Travel Pass” app, register your Mastercard, and create a (QR) code for entry. Note that your actual card or previous programs like 'Lounge Key' and 'Priority Pass' will not be accepted for entry.

Here are the steps to obtain and register for the service:

  • Download the "Mastercard Travel Pass" app from "Google Play" or the "App Store".
  • Airport lounge access is enabled through the Dragon Pass program.
  • Register your Mastercard.
  • Review nearby lounges and check if you qualify for free entry (eligibility for free entry and entry fees vary depending on the card category. Fees will be directly charged to the registered Mastercard if applicable).
  • To enter the lounge, create and present a quick response (QR) code from the app or your membership number to the reception desk. (Access can be confirmed using your QR code or membership number available on the app, whether connected to the internet or not). All cardholders, primary and supplementary, must display their QR code (by separately registering their cards using individual email addresses).
