The instant payment system (iBURAQ)

Through the IBURAQ instant payment system, which is supervised and managed by the Palestine Monetary Authority, you can now transfer locally instantly and without commissions, via TNB Mobile and through all our branches. The instant payment service allows you to transfer money electronically, instantly and for free, using your IBAN number or e-wallet account, quickly and safely, without any effort.

Service features and conditions: 

• The service is instant and free and covers local transfers within Palestine only, including the southern governorates (Gaza Strip).  
• The service is available through the TNB Mobile application and through the bank’s branches. 
• Transfer ceilings:

1. The maximum transfer amount for one transaction for each normal or legal person ($10,000) is ten thousand US dollars or its equivalent in other currencies, whether the transfer mechanism is in the form of individual transactions or in the form of transactions collected in one file.
2. The maximum total amount of instant payment and transfer transactions executed by a normal person’s account during the day ($30,000) is thirty thousand US dollars or its equivalent in other currencies.
3. The maximum total amount of payment and instant transfer transactions executed by a normal person’s account during the month ($50,000) is fifty thousand US dollars or its equivalent in other currencies.

• The service is available 24/7.
• Individuals, businesses and companies can benefit from the service.  
• You can transfer through this service using the IBAN or mobile number after identifying it on the iBURAQ platform.
• The service allows transfers in all currencies, and if the account used for the transfer is in a different currency, the amount will be converted from one currency to another to carry out the operation.
