The National Bank clients can now pay municipal fees electronically through the E-SADAD platform via the “TNB Mobile” app easily and safely, and without any commissions. Paying municipal fees through the banking app during the campaign period gives you the opportunity to enter monthly draws for 5 winners to win a cash prize worth the value of the fees paid - for each winner, the value of the municipal fees paid through the banking app.

 

Campaign details:

  • The campaign begins on 09/01/2025 and ends on 31/03/2025.
  • Only existing and/or new individual customers who makes payment transactions for municipal fees during the campaign period and via the E-SADAD platform can benefit from the campaign’s features.
  • The transactions included in the campaign are municipal fees payment transactions made through the national system for viewing and paying bills (E-SADAD) only, which are carried out via the Internet and Mobile banking for approved municipalities listed on the platform.
  • To qualify and enter the prize draws, the payment of municipality fees must be made through the E-SADAD platform and the value of the transaction must exceed $100 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
  • The customer who fulfills the stated qualification conditions gets one chance in the draw.
  • The total number of prizes during the campaign period is 15 cash prizes worth the value of the paid municipal fees, with a maximum of $250 (or its equivalent in other currencies) per prize.
  • 5 cash prizes (5 winners) will be drawn monthly, worth the fees paid through the internet and mobile banking, with a maximum of $250 (or its equivalent in other currencies) per prize.
  • The transactions included in the campaign are only municipal fees payment transactions as classified within the E-SADAD platform and that meet the conditions. The campaign does not include any transactions other than the payment of municipal fees.
  • The winners are selected according to a drawing system designated for the campaign, whereby the system randomly selects one payment transaction for each candidate to award the prize based on the value of the successful payment transaction. The transactions and their values are not added up if there is more than one payment transaction for the same customer.
  • The cash prize is awarded in the value of the fees paid and in the original transaction currency, with a ceiling of $250 for each winner (or its equivalent in other currencies).
  • The cash prize is deposited in the winning client’s main account.
  • The bank has the right to publish the names and photos of the winners through various advertising means after obtaining approvals pursuant to a declaration signed by the customer.
  • The winner is excluded from the rest of the campaign’s subsequent draws.
  • All female and male employees of the bank and related members of the Board of Directors are excluded from the draws.
  • The National Bank has the right to terminate the campaign in whole or in part or amend its terms and conditions at any time and inform customers in the appropriate ways.
  • The winner’s right to the prize shall be forfeited unless they collect it within two months of the date of announcing the win.
  • Prizes are not subject to income tax.
