IT QA and Testing Head of Section

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance current quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Review all customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
  • Write testing scenarios.
  • Coordinate with business departments to execute testing scenarios. 
  • Responsible of substantially strengthening quality systems, driving quality into designs, and determining/standardizing the appropriate systems and tools.
  • Oversee and conduct analysis to assure effectiveness into the final products, meeting customer requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Gather and analyze customer data, identify trends, use statistics to identify customer needs and make practical recommendations for improving quality.
  • Ensure all manufactured products are free from any flaws or errors.
  • Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated. 
  • Complete corrective action reports and root cause analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the OS, Storage and Virtualization
  • Or  Master of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in OS, Storage and Virtualization.
  • Very good experience in system analysis.
  • Very good experience in different banking systems. 
  • The ability to analyze problems, treat them, and determine the main cause of the problem.
  • Very good experience in writing examination scenarios.

Languages:  

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
