She pointing out that these grants contribute to achieving the dreams of many students to complete their university education. Ghannam also praised TNB for its continuous efforts and committed and real response in partnership with the governorate, contributing to strengthening the resilience of our people, especially in light of the difficult and exceptional circumstances experienced by the Palestinian people.
From his side, Khalil expressed his pride in renewing cooperation with the Governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh to continue its approach to empowering Palestinian women by supporting their education, stressing that education is the cornerstone of economic and social empowerment, and contributes to producing an educated and conscious young generation capable of moving forward in nation building. Khalil praised the previous cooperation with the governorate and the resulting breaking of the financial obstacle barrier to the completion of female students' education in Palestinian universities, their graduation and their enrollment in the labor market.
