To stimulate domestic tourism in Nablus, contribute to its economic growth and support Palestinian national industries, The National Bank is sponsoring the National Industries and Shopping Exhibition and Festival “Expo Nablus 2023”, organized by the Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the participation of a large and diverse number of Palestinian industrial, commercial and service companies from various governorates.
The exhibition was opened by Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh, the Acting Governor of Nablus Ghassan Daghlas, the President of the Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sameh Al-Masry, the President of the Federation of Agricultural Chambers of Commerce and Industry Abdo Idris, and a number of ministers and officials.
TNB was present at the exhibition with an interactive pavilion. It held a number of events, and competitions and presented prizes to visitors. It also raised awareness of the importance of saving and encouraged visitors to open savings accounts for themselves and their children.
Reem Anani, Director of Public Relations at TNB, indicated that supporting the “Expo Nablus 2023” exhibition was part of TNB’s responsibility to support national products and industries, stimulate domestic tourism in Nablus and contribute to the economic revitalization of the city, especially after the recent political challenges, leading to an economic and commercial recession.
It is worth noting that “Expo Nablus 2023” will continue for five days, until Sunday October 1st, 2023, in Beit Iba, and will be open daily from 2:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
